HOW IT WORKS

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation, which serves as your receipt and guarantee. We begin processing your order on the same day, with a production time of 5 days at the factory. Once your cushion is ready, you will receive a second email confirming it has been shipped via Royal Mail, along with a tracking number.

Shipping typically takes 3 days, making the total expected time 8 days. However, we kindly ask that you allow up to 10 days to account for any potential delays at the factory or with Royal Mail. If you have not received your cushion after 10 days, please feel free to reach out through our contact page for assistance.
